		<description>i hope you won&#039;t give up on them.  the chipotles in new york have been my worst two experiences at the restaurant.  i promise that if you go to any of the locations further west then you&#039;ll be pleasantly surprised.

also, you know you always get screwed when you take out.  the drive-in folks at any chain will always give you the wrong thing, and somewhat typically of the situation chipotle doesn&#039;t get their take out orders 100% right either. since you aren&#039;t in store watching them make it, of course you&#039;re more likely to have problems like mixed ingredients, broken shells and, overly soggy bits.

also, all you have to do is look at the barbacoa to know that it is 100% cow.  pork just has a completely different grain to it.  i wouldn&#039;t doubt other meat related ingredients (since they use pork lard in the preparation of the pinto beans) but their barbacoa recipe doesn&#039;t call for it &lt;a href=&quot;http://chipotlog.com/recipe/the-real-chipotle-barbacoa-recipe&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;http://chipotlog.com/recipe/the-real-chipotle-barbacoa-recipe&lt;/a&gt;</description>
